There are 11 tracks, no instrumentals this time and no slow blues'.

Once again Bad Town Blues have produced an album of all original material written by Clive, Ray and Adam.

Following Bad Town's established practise there are plenty of instrumentals as well as vocals.

The range of material goes from traditional blues through to contemporary blues and even includes a little Caribbean flavour

Our first CD, "Down in the Alley" contains 14 original tracks penned by various members of the band.

There is quite a variety of musical styles here, from the semi-acoustic "Peace of Mind" to the silky smooth brass section of "Right this Time", through some hard-drivin' boogie, New Orleans rumba and good old stompin' rock with "Grape and the Grain" and "You Get What You Get". The Classic slow blues is not forgotten either, with "Life in the Slow Lane", a sideways look at the ageing process. The album is completed with some great instrumentals with superb harp, guitar and piano performances.

This album has received great reviews from both the press and the radio and while it hasn't exactly "gone platinum" yet, it continues to sell steadily.
